We had a pleasant stay. Our room was quiet during the night. They make up the room daily, whenever requested 👍 Coffee and drinking water refilled daily 🙏 All the staff were friendly.... keep it up!. Parking possibilities are good too.

We made last minutes booking as our homestay host absconded 😕. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful, and managed to allocate rooms on the same floor for 9 of us. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, with ensuite bathroom.

Clean, spacious and large beds for two. Very friendly and helpful staff. Water dispenser along the hallways and lobby so we did not have to buy bottled water.

Overall okay. Good location. Good services. Easy to find. Less congested parts of town. Reasonably price. My 2nd time visit here.

Parking bykkk. Parking is very important when u Penang. Family room sgt selesa. So many pillows. Wifi very strong. Got coway machine. Small hotel but i will give 5 rates. Near to most famous place. Will stay again. Good job CYC Heritage Hotel.

Parking is provided. Staff very friendly & they like to give my daughter a lollipop. My daughter love it so much! Receptions is good serve. Housekeeping also good. The hotel is very good, clean. Strategic near to mall, just can walking by through. Thanks to all. I give u all 10/10

All facilities are fine. Just little stain here n there on linen and blanket but doesnt smell
